WHY was it an out of state purchase??? If not perfectly fine. You go though a FFL every time you sale a gun in here in the same state?
Hell you can even buy a machine gun in the same state and don't need a dealer. Just do the proper forms between you and the seller and send them in to the atf.

I love those low price pistols of the 1870s.. They gave them awesome names, One of my favorite is the "Swamp Angel". Named after a brutal New York street gang.. Imagine someone making a pistol today calling it the "Crips" or "Bloods".. Nice gun.
