IDK, I was told pot belly pigs (which it is) have way more fat than meat and aren't really all that great when they get big and fat. When the neighbor lady puts the pig back in her yard, keep tossing carrots and cheap lettuce over her fence until you sell your house. I hear houses aren't lasting long on the market. g/l
