at the least, he should have invested in a simple ph call, unless they did not have ph#, which is kind of weird to me.
I have ph#'s of most of my neighbors on my cell ph, I think going over and shutting the door would be an option also? one needs to be careful what you do @ 0200 at a neighbors casa..
