I haven't hunted in over 12yrs due to being unable to do to much walking and having to depend on either a powerchair or electric scooter.
Recently thought about maybe getting out one last time to hunt with my wife. We are both former hunters in the New England area and have hunt squirrel , pheasants, deer, and rabbit .
I'd like to know if there are any places that offer daily hunts during seasons that also would be able to accommodate a disabled hunter.
Being in my 60s and not at my best I'd like to find a target that I can see and hit. Don't care if it's bird or deer hunting or squirrel or rabbit.
Really just would like to get out one last time and enjoy the day.
Second part it has to be somewhat affordable I understand what I'm asking for isn't cheap either. I'd like to keep a days hunt for 2 under $450.
I also know there are certain hunts in the area that are guided on government land. But I'd rather a disabled veteran have that opportunity .
