Can I bring some guns and walk around with them or would a sign be better

Man, I really want to go to this show but I'm very cash poor right now. May try and walk around with some of my guns to sell on Sunday. Have to work on Saturday.

Lots of people walk around with guns for sale. You will do much better carrying the guns instead of carrying a sign.

AND . . . when the dealer asks you "how much do you want for it" . . . come back with "how much will you give me for it".
Tell them that you want their "best offer". Tell them that another dealer at the show has offered more. OR . . . simply take their "Pawn Stars" offer. ---- SAWMAN

Imagine trying to sell something on this forum without pictures. The same for carrying around a sign and nothing for prospective buyers to see. Buyers want to see and touch what they may be buying. Most likely, I may be bringing a few of my rifles (not ARs) to try and sell.

People post on this forum, and without any info about the firearm, are asked a thousand questions. Those are free bumps for them.
We have several now,one has had 6 or so bumps in 8 hours. Not really fair to the members that obey the 48hr rule. Been going on forever.
Good show today. Bought a bunch of stuff. No guns. A nice blade though. Protech.
    Took $800. Only spent <$300. ---- SAWMAN

I took three rifles (Sante Fe M-59, 1903A3, and 1903) over there this morning (around 9:10am). Came home with the same. Only out the $6 admission and the drive over there. Not much there that appealed to me.

Wondering how many he sold . . . and to who.
IMO - - -> unless they are for a retro type build why would anyone want one when they could have a P-Mag 20. ---- SAWMAN

Bought a few knives and talked to a buddy. Saw a nice Moss 930 but seller wouldn’t haggle. Don’t blame him. I got a knife for me and a knife for the missus. Not crowded at all which surprised me a little.

Wait till this time next year, two months before the election. It will be crowded.

I wouldn’t think Gander would hurt the show. Gander’s guns are new and high as heck. Most guns at this show are used.
I went yesterday. I took my Ruger Bearcat to sell and had lots of lookers but no takers. Looks like I’ll have to take it to GB to get close to what it’s worth.
I didn’t see anything that I had to have.
There were more Win 94/22s at this show than I’ve seen in a long time, mostly in the $900 - $1,000 range.
I saw a Browning A5 20 gauge that I thought long and hard about. I used to quail hunt pretty regularly but haven’t been invited in a couple of years. I would’ve bought it without hesitation a couple of years ago.
I saw a lot of guns that I saw the last show.
Most of the vendors were very friendly. I had some good conversation with several.
Not a bad way to kill an hour or 2.
