Have a buddy that got this guy on game camera last week.
It is his bow stand but will be sitting this spot with his Delta Elite 10mm this coming week. --- SAWMAN

Guessing . . . not overly tall or long. Long snout so a bit of "piney woods rooter" in him. Belly not hanging too low. Sunken in hips.
My guess is about 120-140. --- SAWMAN

The more Razorback a feral hog has the longer his snout and the smaller his hind quarters are and a telltale is if his tail does'nt have a curl in it.

About a week ago he got this same guy on camera again. This was the first time he got a pic of him since 8/28.
This is on leased land and there are other feeders about.
He sat this ladder bow stand several afternoons and heard, but never saw any hogs. Told my buddy . . . if he heard hogs but never saw them . . . they knew he was there. Told him to strip sweet bay leaves as he was heading to the stand, and rub the crushed leaves on his pants and boots. (cover scent)

    That's a nice one.

Weather is starting to ease up down here some and I've got a great spot for ground blind/handgun action.

    Will either use a S&W M29 6" or my T/C 14" in .30-30.

Handgunning hogs is a real treat. I have killed some with my Magnum Research Lone Eagle, chambered in 243Win with scope out to 100yds but just not the same as a revolver or my Glock 20 at <40yds.
The little pop up tent blinds are great. I used to sit down in a chair and just pull it over me.
The inside was black and the smallish window was just the right height for my gun on a tall bipod.
Best of luck sir. Good hunting. ---- SAWMAN
