I have a brand new Ruger MPR 5.56 for sale. It’s brand new never fired from me. I bought it but now I found something different I want. I’ve had one of these rifles before and they are fantastic out of box. The trigger is probably the best feature on gun clean crisp single stage 4.5 lb pull, has all Magpul furniture. List on these range from $560- on up then taxes and transfer fees. I want $500 for the rifle with 2 extra mags (3 total) . ***WILL NOT SELL WITHOUT TRANSFER DO NOT CONTACT IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THIS THE RIGHT WAY***

No I’m sorry if I worded it weird. It comes with 1 if you buy brand new, if my asking price is met I’ll throw in 2 more mags. Sorry for any misunderstanding

The right way would be his way. Going into an FFL and doing a background check and paying a transfer fee

I am not really questioning what you want to do with your sale

But you do know it's not the "only" way. You can sell you item just like any other item you own. It does not require a FFL for the sale.

You are more than welcome to make that your requirement for the sale though.
