Here is the deal. I have a NFA Gun Trust that has my brother, my sons and I on and IT (the trust) has already purchased 2 suppressors on it in 2015. Now IT wants to purchase another 22lr suppressor. Can the trust purchase the Suppressor like before or does everyone now have to send in fingerprints and LEO sign off?

No need for leo sign off, however everyone on the trust must submit fingerprints/photos.

Who are the trustees on your Trust? Each trustee has to do an RPQ and prints and photos.

Depending on who did your trust and how it was worded, beneficiaries and successor trustees may also be deemed RPs and have to submit an RPQ and prints and photos

I do gun trusts as a part of my law practice. Www.texasguntrust.com
