    You know,that reminds me . . . I also have some Australian and New Zealand paper money (dollars) around here also.Gotta dig that out and cash it in.
    Wonder where I could spend some MPC's ??

    don't get your hopes up, I have some Mexican 2000 peso paper that would be worth about $120.00 if they didn't retire the bill now it is worth about 2.00 / 5.00 collector value only

    While in Germany I quickly learned to always carry a Pfennig coin. They were smaller than an American dime,and were made out of aluminum. They were worth damn near nothing. I seem to remember,at the time,about 1/6th of an American penny.
    While in a local drinking establishment,if someone hollered "pfennig check",the person(s) that did not have one, had to buy a round for the bar.
    I most likely could be unclear about all this. Back in my days in Germany,the German people absolutely loved American military. (Actually . . most all military) At the local bar,most drinks were free. ---- SAWMAN

    You guys think you have it bad getting stuck with forign currency.

    I have over 10(ten) Million German Reich Marks, It was part of my wifes Dowery.
    Didnt learn that it was practically worthless until after I had married her!

    But thats OK because she is now Priceless.( Been married for over 51 years)
