I saw something about this earlier this afternoon. Good grief! Way too fast. I'm curious as to who is at fault?
the car cut in half(charger) was going north bound at an high rate of speed. van was turning on the interstate, judged the the car by the speed limit im sure. probably had plenty of time to turn if the charger had been doing the speed limit. both deaths were in the charger.
4 year old and 8 year old in serious condition in the van. hope they recover!
