I took it out to hunt camp last year and took a deer with it.

Like I said it’s not a parts build. I bought a complete lower and a complete upper. I have no idea what a “fresh lower” is.

Fresh as in new. As in stripped or assembled lower. Fresh as in never been a rifle beforehand

I was serious about my questions as I am interested. M&p lowers aren't cheap. Good price on the piece
I've never seen one registered as a pistol unless you bought it complete and it was sent to an FFL. You said this isn't a parts build but then say it's a lower and an upper, which leads me to believe you did final assembly. No big deal. That's legal. But the pistol isn't registered as a pistol if you mated parts together. We have a communication barrier.

Yea, I am the potential buyer for this and have the same question. I will need some proof that this is a registered pistol lower before I will go through with the transaction. PM sent to OP.

I am not aware you can register any lower as a pistol. Only a complete firearm. On the form it's listed as other whether stripped or complete lower.
