Probably, no one has hands on time with it which leaves opinions in the hands of Reviewers (good or bad).
If it as Devine as its name sake, it can't be crushed by a mill stone.
Read the article. Interested in hearing opinion based on hands on experience vs. someone writing a piece for pay. Pictures were nice. Not running off to order one.....
On ARFCOM, there is a discussion about the SAINT (AR-15). One guy had this response:
"Also have a Saint Victor Edge and I love it. Just recently bought the Saint Victor 308 and again, I love it. I am not an expert, I am not a collector and I do not live and breath guns. I have shot many variety of pistols and rifles. I like them, you might too. Don't let the bias sway you."
From what I have read about the Saint Victor .308, I am impressed with it as well as the SAINT VICTOR (AR-15).
Sitting in a Blind, Stalking, humping hills? Open range, brush/timber, primary setup distance? That will drive your barrel diameter/length/velocity and possibly the stock. Gas, piston or AR "like" bolt gun?
All very thought provoking questions, but I was thinking more generically, in that if Springfield Victor too pricing, what other manufacturers models are more reasonably priced. My gun/hunting dream/goal, now that I am retired, is to join up with you real hunting and shooting guys and assist with reducing the wild pig population.
