I think I know the answer to this but just wanting to see if it is generally practiced. So, I'm just getting to the end of my first A&D book and I wanted to know if I could dispose all of the open entries remaining in the book to myself (the FFL) and then aquisition them into the new book? Just looking ahead and I'm not really stoked about the prospect of having multiple books open. Thanks in advance.

I know very little on this topic, but is it feasible to get advice from the ATF. I know in the past they have answered questions for a gunsmith friend and also they helped me out on questions years ago about legal handling of wastes containing explosives.
