Wow... nicely done Sir... the PSA lower looks fantastic.

I just picked up my Ballistic Advantage 18" SPR Premium series barrel to start a Mk12 Mod 0 build and was looking at the PSA lowers.

For a Mk12 Mod 0 build, you really want to pickup a BRN-16A1 lower from Brownells.

    https://www.brownells.com/rifle-par...s/ar-15-m16-a1-lower-receiver-prod107496.aspx

The Mod 0s were built on M16A1 and XM16E1 lower assemblies. The Mod 1 and Mod H were built on M16A2 and some M4 lower assemblies.

Here is a little inspiration for you. This is my Mk12 Mod 0 clone.

Right on... that's where I'm headed... wish PSA would make the M16A1 marked lowers.

ETA- with my LE letter I should get a Form 4 for a AEM5 suppressor approved within a month or less vs. the year long wait it took to get my recent Form 4 approved.

I do not see PSA getting into the retro receivers. Nodak Spud and Brownells pretty much have that covered. Also, make sure when you order a lower, you get an appropriate color. They are offered in black or grey anodized finish. If you are using a modern flat-top upper, you may want to get a black A1 lower.

I am not in to the clone builds personally, but I always appreciate seeing you post them. It looks like a meticulous process to get them correct! Always cool to see your posts, sir.
