    1942 Remington M1903 (non-original with reproduction canvas scabbard) - $850
1943 Remington M1903A3 (original with original canvas scabbard) - $1050

I have decided to turn loose of my 1942 Remington M1903 and 1943 Remington M1903A3. They are in really nice condition. The M1903A3 is 100% original and comes with an original canvas scabbard. The M1903 comes with a reproduction canvas scabbard. These are for sale only. No trades.

Tell me about the 03 Remington please...lost mine in a house fire 12 years ago and miss it. From the scant stock, it looks like it might have come from CMP.

Any proof marks on the stock?

    Stamped or milled buttplate?

Bbl date and is the bbl from RA?

"R" or other maker marks on the small parts such as sights, bolt, cutoff, etc?

    How's the bore look?

    Thank you,

Any proof marks on the stock? No proof marks as I believe the stock had been replaced many years ago.

How's the bore look? Bore is shiny with slight grooving.

    Thank you,

You may be correct about this coming from CMP. The guy I bought it from several years ago did not divulge where and when he bought.
