Was doing a quick oiling of the guns today since the humidity level is 70% in the house with a 79 degrees temperature inside versus a 91 degrees outside right now. The second floor room next to the HVAC has been stripped of all drywall and insulation (Hurricane Michael repairs), so a lot of the heat and humidity is getting in, even with the door to that room closed. Can't put the new drywall and insulation up yet, a couple of the chimney studs are rotted due to water leakage. So we got to replace them first, and put on a new chimney chase.

Anyways these two rifles were in a different closet than all the others, and when I put them on the bed, I thought it made a cool photo-op. AR and AK style rifles, two of the most prevalent rifles of the Cold War side by side.......

The AR is a 2015 Bushmaster XM15-E2S, the AK is a 2018 WASR 10. The WASR will be getting new furniture soon, which will be more traditional in color.
