Is it legal to have a CCW in two different states at the same time? Say you owned a home in Florida,Georgia,Texas and Tennessee could you apply for a CCW in say , Florida and Texas and be within the law ?

Depends on each State laws, if you have to be a resident of the State, can vote there, not just own a home. Of course all the ones you named are reciprocal to FL I believe

I thought there were out of state people that had florida CCWs. I think in some cases one can have CCWs from two states. It is not the same as two driving licenses that are good in all US ruled states and territories.
