As long as there's no stock on something under 26" total or a barrel under 16", or a vertical grip on something under 26"overall.... there's no nfa.

A complete pistol from palmetto won't be a problem. Any of their uppers on a virgin receiver (palmettos or otherwise) without a stock will be a "pistol".

What rules are you unsure about?

That cleared it up for me. I wasn't sure what classified it as a pistol vs a rifle.

Just a piece of advice. Feel free to delete if not allowed.
You’ll want to run either 17 round mags, or 33 rounders with fresh out of the package, extra power springs. Otherwise, you’ll get spotty reliability. Unless you buy a JP.
    Ask me how I know.
Part of the savings with PSA comes from the fact that they use their customers to beta test their products. If you’re ok with that, go for it.
Or for a trouble-free non-AR PCC, it’s Zenith, MPX or Scorpion. Good luck Sir.
