For anyone who might like to stipple their own guns, OTD Defense has some great pattern tips.

I recently used the “wagon wheel” and it made short work of a Glock 19.

A light sanding with 220 grit afterwards to take down any overly aggressive sharp edges and I’m very satisfied with the texture it provides.

Not too abrasive to the touch (Does not irritate skin when carried), however when a proper grip on the pistol is achieved, the texture grabs your hand very securely.

I realize this isn’t for everyone, but if someone is looking to DIY and save some cash OTD Defense is a good place to look!
