This SWD registered lightning link is in excellent condition and fully transferable on ATF Form 4. Up for sale is SWD Lightning Link only. (Pictured host riffle, and KNS protector not included.)Yes the Registered lightning link is transferable towards civilians since it was manufactured and registered with the ATF before the 1986 cut off date. Is on a form 4 and will be less painful to transfer to another AL resident, but can be transferred to any state that legally permits. This item is considered the registered machine gun, so you can put it in any suitable Ar-15, M4 legally converting it to full auto. The uppers can also be changed out allowing you to run .223, 9mm, 7.62. IT'S UP TO YOU TO BE SURE this item is legal to own in your state, and all NFA rules apply.
