Why would you need something like that?
My plan is to build a rainwater catch system (should be finished in about a month) and then use “Big Berkey” systems to filter it into potable water. The catch system I have plans for is a 110 gallon system right now.
Four or six Berkey black filters can process water for years for a family of five.
That makes sense. I knew it couldn't be because we're allowed to get bad water from a public utility thanks to removing environmental controls. Thanks.
Santa Rosa County extension office (I think that’s what it’s called) is teaching a class on how to build rainwater catch systems near the end of February. I think the class is sold out but this is the second one they’ve taught. Next time I see one open up I’ll post the into here. It’s a 90 minute course where they provide you the materials and know-how. Class is free.
