I have a 1962 manufactured Walther P38, all matching numbers with original leather holster. This was a civilian import not a surplus gun and has very little wear on it or the holster. Comes with one P38 and one P1 magazine. The weapon is tight, springs are great, weapon fires smoothly with 115gr ball ammo. Rifling is in great shape. Overall, this weapon looks and feels like a well kept 5 year old piece instead of a 56 year old piece. All markings are P38, and aside from one of the two magazines, there are no P1 markings. Manufacture date on the pistol is 10/1962, holster is 8/1962. This is a great collector's piece or shooter. I've put 50 rounds of lead ball through it, and the guy I got it from said it was barely shot while he had it.
Looking for: CZ 75 or clone. 1911 (.45 or 9mm). Ruger or similar .22lr semi auto pistol, will definitely consider other full metal, hammer fired 9mm autos (just never liked striker guns, da/SA preferred, but sao is fine). Looking for something to take to the range and also something to teach the wife to shoot with.
Trade Value: Aprox $500
Cash: $500
PM with any questions.
