I’m moving and don’t feel like hauling and storing these items.
I have a small lease on Muscogee road near Beulah road. There is a portable shooting house, a feeder, salt block, mineral block, and a small planted greenfield on it. I’d like to sell as a turnkey package for $1000.00.
I do not manage the lease so that membership part would need to be approved by the manager, but he is a great guy.
The shooting house is made from a boat trailer with a removable tongue to make it hard to steal. Working lights for the street use. It is insulated all around for fair weather hunters and in excellent shape. I made it myself and I probably have $1,000 in it alone. It’s can sit three but is made for two. Roughly 5x 7.
The feeder is a wild game innovations feeder( I think) metal and holds about 6 bags of corn. Just replaced the spinner motor, battery, and electronic control. It has a solar panel and works well.
I paid $700-750 for the lease and planted it about a week before Thanksgiving.

1k is for the shooting house, feeder, mineral block, and salt block. I’ll turn the lease over to the purchaser for their use. It won’t need to be renewed until about April. The only chink is that the hunt club manager needs to meet the person and “ approve” them for the club.

The part of the lease assigned to me is around 80-100 acres. That portion is assigned to me alone( not a first come first served style lease) . I hunt all the antlerless days and harvest at least two a year. Not a trophy club. But I have taken a few legal bucks.

I have several photos of this guy, he is pretty consistent with his visits to the feeder.

There are three areas of concern right at the entrance gate. I have filled somewhat with bricks but some is still of concern. I don’t have much experience with atvs so it’s hard for me to say. I’ll be back in that area around 11:00. I’ll be happy to meet you and show you around so you can make your own determination.

I went to get a copy of the registration and title today from the DMV and found that I never registered this for road use. So the sale will come with a signed receipt from me but no registration papers. I have no clue how much it weighs but if its under 2000 pounds no title is issued anyway. I made it in 2014 when I moved here and got the lease. I did put brand new (2014) trailer light kit on it for the trip though.

I will go get pictures of the inside, as I've had several requests, and post them upon my return. Just wanted to correct the "street legal" part of the original posting to be accurate.
