I'm thinking about upgrading . I want good sights & a decent trigger . From what I've read a pre B 75 or 85 Combat is the way to go . How do the SP-01 compare ? I've already got a P-09 that needs some smoothing / spring changes to be acceptable in my book . How are the P 10-C pistols ?

Absolutely LOVE my SP-01. Stock trigger isn't all that, but a few parts from Cajun Gun Works and a little polishing will make it amazing.

You can get a very good trigger with any metal framed CZ with a Cajun Gunworks drop in kit. My CZ75BD (decocker with firing pin block) trigger is 5.5lb double action and just under 3lb single action with a CGW kit that cost about $150. If you go with a preB without the firing pin block you can knock the weight down another half a pound or so with a bit better reset but honestly nothing you'll notice under livefire.

SAO models have a better trigger than the B models imo...much like a 1911, crisp with little creep. Seems like all single/double action triggers have a bunch of take up and some creep...though the B models are still very good for me

That's true. My CZ75 SAO with a the blue CGW hammer spring is about 2.5lbs.
