I've got a buddy who started a fiber business in CA working in and around the Stanford campus. More work than he can handle right now. If you've got any experience and are interested in giving the West coast a shot PM me.

    Good business to get into.

I have my FOI and FOA Certs Fiber Optics Installer / Fiber Optics Technician and SAE Fabricator Cert. (SFF) I was gonna buy a fusion splicer and do a side business but really no time and those things are like over 10k...

Good luck finding some tech's not sure if I would work in CA though. :)

I went to fiber school and did some fiber work in the mid-nineties. The process was a lot more manual at that time.
