    # 24 Roosevelt famous medicine gun,,, Must be for them pesky squirrels ,,, LoL

It also fits 45 Auto Rim. I have three presses I am trying to get original shell holders for. RCBS makes a universal adaptor but it is loose. I like single stage presses to control all aspects of the reloading process.

Many years ago I was using a herters press that used threaded shell holders and one was for the .45 autorim cartridge. I more than once pulled the thin lip of the shell holder off and had to buy new ones. I gave that press and all of its shell holder away in the '70s, I still have a herters turret press and for now will hang unto it and its shell holders which are not threaded.

Yeah. My shell holders are not threaded. I have a progressive to load most of my handgun loads and mainly use the Herter's presses for de-priming and loading rifle ammunition. I like taking it slow with rifle rounds since they are only inches away from my face. Ebay has what I need and I have bids out so I should have them by next week. Thanks for the interest.
