I was killing sometime in Gander Outdoors and noticed a Glock 43 with some upgrades in the used counter for $265. Just passing it along. Seems like a steal to me and you would have to be there when they open on the day it goes for sale. It is not available till Nov 2

There is going to be seventy four thousand people there waiting. It's going to be like black Friday for this pistol. Club price is even cheaper and it's full of aftermarket parts too

You fellas be nice to each other. Good luck to whomever wants to wake up the earliest. Take a picture for the rest of us to see how close to 74,000 it gets.

I bet an employee buys it before the doors open

I would imagine this would be the case. I'm sure there will be more than a few there on Friday morning to buy it. PO must've been desperate. Gander Mountain used to give 60% of the appraised value to someone looking to sell a gun to them. Not sure what Gander Outdoors gives.

Also saw a Romanian SKS on the used rack for $650. Definitely not a deal there. They told me that it's one of 1500 imported. Haven't read anywhere online about that number so I'm skeptical. Not like I'm in the market for another anyway but curiosity struck me when I saw it.

It has been messed with, tinkered with and gunsmithed. Won't feed a full magazine of ammo without jamming twice. The last owner was desperate to get rid of it.

But at that price you could replace all the internals back to stock and sell the “upgrades” and probably still be in it for less than the $265 sale price

It will be $290 OTD and you will use $100.00 worth of ammo and $50.00 worth of aspirin before you give up and dump it like the last owner. Why not buy one of the new Sig P365's they have along with a 12 round mag? Then you would have a reliable gun with no headache. But what fun would that be?

Just outta curiousity, how do you know so much detail about it?

It's a Glock. Unless it was horribly disfigured in an accident, it should be repairable. What did the "gunsmith" do?

Good points. I love my G43. Now I would not ever camp out in front a store to save a few dollars on one but I would buy another at full price. It's worth every penny.

Now if they have a FA MP5 for like 15K I would camp out for days for that. LOL

I don't know anything about the gun, I'm sure it is in mint condition. Go ahead and buy it and LMK how it works out for you.
