Bump stocks are now defined as "anything that increases rate of fire" and as of October 1st are a 3rd degree felony???

    Who let this happen?

Governor Scott, think it’s his way of getting libitards to vote for him come November
Sad part is he’s a better choice than Nelson

Mark . . . EXACTLY !! We just can't leave Nelson in there.
I will absolutely hate to vote for Scott . . . but I feel it must be done. I will come straight home and take a hot shower to help get some of the voting booth shit off me. --- SAWMAN

Welcome back to the new tourist-friendly Florida where short-term liberal money means more than the rights of the average citizen. Bump stocks in Florida are just the start. Now Scott is bound for federal level where he can help further the anti-gun agenda. He's got the experience after all. Watch and see what committees he ends up on.

Hold your nose and vote for Scott. Marginally better than Nelson.

Now, are we gonna lose another one and get Gillum?

Exactly my point - under this law even that qualifies as a "bump stock"

It's Orwellian repurposing of words and an incredibly dangerous precedent. I sure hope when this gets to courts, juries realize how bad of a law this is and nullify every single case

Sure vote for Scott he wont betray us yet again unless he can find a way to profit fro it. He took the 5th amendment regarding his business endeavors and concerns of medicare fraud but that was just to avoid going to jail so that is ok, right?

So don't get worked up about it... I don't care. Buy more machine guns!!! LOL

What I am worried about is FL trying to impose an Income Tax... If that happens I will sell everything and move. That would be the last draw.

And you think gillum will protect our rights??

Who you asking? I don't get into the political drama and don't watch the news at all.

I just know what I would do if they start changing me more money. I will take my money elsewhere. If FL does a income tax there is four more states that don't LOL.... Then there's overseas alot of nice places to goto.

Well damn. I wish there was a third option

A third option is often the problem, they get very few votes but generally pull votes from the Republican. Thant's what I'm concerned about in the race for Governor. 5 running, 3 with no chance of getting more than 1% or so of the votes but that could hurt DeSantis more than the dingbat socialist.

Correct. No republican would ever betray those who voted for them. It has never happened in history, and never will happen. As soon as he is elected to higher office, he will transform into the Constitutional candidate we have always dreamed of. He just has to be given a chance, and a chance, and a chance.... Really, all he has to do to win is stand in the back of a pick-up and wave as we go to work on election day. I'll also wager Scott is a closet master of 4-D chess. So there. Done deal. Senator Scott, staunch protector of freedom and gun rights. Can't wait for his first speech on the senate floor when he introduces his first piece of anti-gun legislation.
