I recently started carrying IWB instead of pocket as I used to. Getting used to the weight of a heavier gun ok but none of the belts I own are stiff enough, they all sag. Looking for recommendations for a good strong gun belt.

Short list for me would be...
    Volund gearworks
    Mean Gene leather
    SOE gear

Pants with strong elastic waist bands will help support the wt of the guns in waist band when used in the conjunction with a belt. I carry
inside the waist band appendix carry.

I've been wearing a Magpul Tejas everyday for two years now and it's been a great belt.

Any cobra belt from a decent manufacturer will suffice.

I use a OSOE Cobra belt and Magpul Tejas.

Blue alpha gear hybrid. It's a Cobra buckle that'll fit through belt loops. Plenty of other good options out there. I've got a cheap Blackhawk hook/loop belt that's been great for going on 5 years but the Cobra buckle is really convenient.

Been wearing one of these almost every day for the past 4 years. Shows a little wear now but no sag even with a 1911. See that they changed ownership since I bought my last one from them so your mileage may vary.

It all depends on what type of clothing you tend to wear while carrying and where you are trying to fit in. I have used the same ares gear ranger style belt with cobra buckle (1.5" scuba webbing and 1" cobra buckle) for almost 4 years and it has held up very well for everyday carry, handgun competitions, shooting courses, and work (it sees some heavy duty field use in the army). This is my go to belt for daily wear but I usually wear an untucked shirt so I'm not worried how my belt looks. Another benefit of this type of belt is it is essentially infinitely adjustable so you can get the perfect fit no matter which gun/holster combo, if you just ate :) or if you need a little extra retention. If I am tucking my shirt in and need a good looking belt you cannot go wrong with a Mean Gene Leather belt. This however for me sees limited use. It all comes down to whether you want traditional leather or a newer material type belt. Good luck with your belt choosing endeavors.
