We already know that our federal government is corrupt - what we don't know is how deep it goes!

    Subject: Deal

Checked with Truth or Fiction. Com on 8/15/16 as TRUE.

This has gotten to the point it's sickening. :ban::fish2::car:

The US has entered into an exclusive contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices.

The sale of these properties will fetch about $19 billion. A regular real estate commission will be paid to that company. That company is CRI, CRI will be making a minimum of 3% and as much as 6% commission on each and every sale.

CRI belongs to a man named Richard Blum. Richard Blum is the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein Senator Feinstein and her husband stand to make a fortune from these transactions. (EST at between $950 million and $1.1 billion!!)

How does a U.S. Senator from San Francisco manage to organize and lobby such a sweet deal?

Has our government become so elitist that they have no fear of oversight? Isn't this a cousin to insider trading? Pass this info on before it's pulled from the Internet.

    Verified it on Snopes:

This is Ineptocracy, A system of government where the least capable of leading are elected by the least capable of producing, Where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves are rewarded with goods and services confiscated from a diminishing number of citizens that are actually productive

Washington Politician insider trading is not illegal. At one time there was no rule/law againet it. It was a dirty little secret money maker. Too many politicians, their family members and others: got caught making bank on insider info. The Public was justifiably outraged that actions they could go to jail for, was perfectly legal for political fat cats. Public pressure led to politicians making their insider trading also illegal (2012 Stock Act) on par with Joe Citizen. The Stock Act didn't even include criminal penalties or fines! Then Congress blocked the first Securities and Exchange Commission first attempt to investigate political related insider trading in 2012: so its against the law but alleged violations can't be investigated, therefore cannot be charged.

In 2013 they passed a revision (S.716) that gutted the Stock Act but still had some provisions regarding insider trading. The Revision eliminated most self financial reporting requirements and restricted access to that information. Political insider trading is often refered to as "legal graft".

Insider trading/profits for me, but not for thee. This can be applied to pretty much anything congress does. Healthcare, guns, investments, traffic laws, etc.....

Just like a fart in the wind...nothing will ever happen and it will disperse quickly... How many scandals have the libertards been involved in and nothing is ever done!!! Right winger says or does something and the left want them investigated and of course get their wish no matter how ridiculous it is!!!

Politics make me sick and crap that happens isn't a shocker. I use to have normal thoughts about politics but now I think more like a conspiracy theorists!!!
