These guns were issued in great numbers to the USAF,and used exclusively to guard their dining facilities, bowling alleys, and movie theaters,in the middle of some corn field in East Podunk,Iowa. --- SAWMAN

I'm only "bitter" because it was used to shoot at two Navy guys that were trying to steal some lobster bisque that was served for brunch at their dining facility (chow hall).
BUT . . . what a great deal. Not only can you get something different(which I am all in favor of),but you can learn how to shoot it and most likely pick up some ammo for it before you drive off.
FYI . . . jj does supply maps of NW Fla so that you can find your way out of the boonies and back to civilization. --- SAWMAN

It did great job of it's intended purpose. That lobster bisque was mighty good. GLWS sir. If the M-1 has a faint lobster smell to it you will know it's authentic.

The croutons were very occasionally slightly stale, and the bisque sometimes not properly seasoned. :) I just couldn't take it any more, so I got out. :) This M-1 looks like a great weapon. Someone needs to snap it up. GLWS.

Shot this fine rifle , kicked about like a 12 gauge with low brass , was very surprised at smooth push . Think I scared the plates at 200 more than I hit them , good sights for that distance with my old eyes , good gun !
