I don't own a Weatherby but I grew up with my Dad doing a lot of reloading and I reload some myself, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use Core-Lokt's in a Weatherby. Remington does list a 180 gr. Core-Lokt 300 Weatherby load on their website, as well as Core-Lokt offerings in other cartridges similar to the Weatherby chamberings.

Would help if you stated which chambering the Wby is in Bob. Please be specific.
But . . . if in a Wby chambering the rifles have a bunch of freebore. Ol'Roy came up with that idea so that he could load his ammo somewhat hotter than the other loaded ammo. For instance: 243Win vs 240 Wby Mag,25-06 vs 257Wby Mag,300Win Mag vs 300Wby Mag,etc, etc.
If the gun is chambered in a NON-Wby chambering (.30-'06,308Win,243Win) the chamber will be the same as any other gun (Rem,Win,Savage,Ruger, etc, etc).Any caliber specific bullet will do.
    Huh . . . What ??? ---- SAWMAN

If you will be loading that up to it's max potential, make sure that you use a bullet that will hold together at the increased speeds.
I would reccomend a solid copper of the heaviest weight for caliber (.243"). ---- SAWMAN
