I just inspected the rifle and seen that there is a crack in the gas tube... New ones can be had for $20 so I am willing to deduct $20 off the price of the rifle

In all seriousness though it's a gun cleaning towel. My wife would kill me for using our good towels for something like that

I am trying to fund a specific long range optic so unfortunately I am mainly looking for cash unless it is a completely one-sided deal

Is this a screw build conversion on the trigger relocation or rivited? Is the lower hand guard support bolted onto the barrel or is was the barrel grooved to accept a factory type pin retainer?

Can you please post pics of these 2 areas? Im in cantonment and dont feel like driving to Baker if that Saiga was a simple screw and bolt on conversion.

Here is a pic of a conversion with a screw build trigger, notice the allen screws in the trigger gaurd "no rivet method", is this like yours?

Here is a pic of a factory AK style hand guard retainer with pin, it that whats on yours? or is yours an aftermarket clamp on style?

This is a really nice rifle for a steal of a price with everything that has been done to it. Conversions on saigas aren't cheap and you are getting a completely converted Saiga that even has the a muzzle attachment done too. These normally go for 1000+ and these are built on Russian receivers.

I recently did a full conversion myself on one of these so know the process really in depth and it seems like this one was done well. Also, OP is a pretty stand up guy so buy with confidence.
