New never used nylon shoulder holster with mag pouch. Plenty of adjustment in the straps to adjust to you body framework. Holster will hold Makarovs, other small to medium pistols and revolvers. The one you will recieve is the one pictured with the rubber bands around it. The one that is used for the pics spread out in detail for pics is used and will not be the one you recieve. They are both identical but you will recieve the new unused one. Manufacturer is OUTBAGS and is made in the USA.
