    Anyone know anyone local that can do custom foam cuts for a large Pelican case?

    I don't know anyone local and have never done it but Mrgunsandgear on YouTube has a video owing it with an electric knife.

    Draw it out with a sharpie, then take a metal coat hanger, heat it up with torch, easily push it around the line you drew. Fairly easy to do. Needs to be on concrete when burning out by the way

    I ordered some replacement foam for my roll around Pelican off of Amazon and it was very reasonable.

    Laser cut is the way to go. I know a guy but is in Indiana but may work through the mail.

    This isn't a small case. The foam is MUCH thicker than a standard single rifle case. Its going to require a hot knife, preferably laser cut.

    I used an electric filet knife from walmart, cost me like $15 and worked great. Just take your time. Good luck!
