Well, I want to trade off a few pieces, but it may be better to sell them outright,
then buy what I want afterwards...because I'm drooling over a motorcycle,
but feel kinda funny about asking folks first if they'd trade for guns,
and second if they could pass a background check...because I run one via FDLE to folks I sell to.
    (writs, warrants, priors)

So would it be better to sell the guns outright, then go haggle for the motorcycle I want??
    Or just go for it?

Honestly don't wanna any of 'em, but to get a new toy, gotta give up something...
keeps the Wife happy...especially when I can honestly say I didn't spend money,
just swapped it around a bit ;)

Cash in hand allows YOU to select the new toy instead of being limited to whats offered in trade.

The alternative is you never know what will be offered unless you toss it out there. The hard part is it may take several firearm to equal value and people will be selective in types and calibers.

I have a WWMC Dragoon Chopper I'll part with. You can put up a WTT ad or send me a PM if interested.
Similar to this, different paint, pipes and accy.

    It's a beauty, but I'm more into 1980's UJM's...like the CX500, or the XS-series Yamaha's...
or the Yamaha Viragos...stuff you can usually get for less than $2K :D

Also love getting my hands on 80's/90's beaters that can be resurrected...
nothing more fun than taking a dead bike and making it hum again :)

Or a Honda Pacific Coast ;)

I posted about possibly selling the Chopper. Got a offer I couldn't refuse: showed it and sold it today, close deal at bank on Wed. Thanks to GCGF.

Well nice...I like my holigans too much to be on one of those bikes

Well...as it turned out, after posting two old Honda pics...
ended up with a Honda Shadow 500! Traded straight up!

And pretty much immediately got it dirty during the first ride once I got home!
It ain't a dirt bike, by any means, just got to be a dirty bike!
Discovered a new mudhole in the backyard when puttering around...lol

He's happy with his S&W, I'm happy with the bike :)
And believe it or not, I've set up a deal to trade off two S&W pistols
for a Jetski next week :D
Heck, I'll probably end up with an RV or camping trailer by Xmas :D

Nice, I like the older bikes too. The new ones just don’t interest me that much.
    I would love to have a mint ‘70s Honda CB350 or 500.
There’s a classic Japanese bike club in Panama City. Sounds like they have a great time.

A friend told me yesterday that he just sold a CB350 for $2800. He's a gun guy too so I told him about GCGF. Don't know if he's lurking around. This might bring him into the light. Lol

    I rebuilt a CB360 around '89, great little bike :)
Did at least a dozen Yamaha XS 400's over the years...
Kept D&D cycle in funds for decades with all the new/used parts bought there.

Although, I am impressed by some of the new technology...EFI done properly
is a wonderful thing, but they're not using it to its best advantage, I think.
If I could get 78MPG out of an XS-400 set lean, would think that EFI
should easily get 80MPG or better on similar sized engines. Why isn't it?

Same with ABS, it's come a long way on bikes, it's actually workable now!

Do have to find a old bike junkyard...the ones I used to frequent are long gone...
