Yep, most cities that are caving in to the demands of liberals have major colleges who have been teach liberal principles for years. Only a matter of time until these liberal graduates infiltrate the local governments!

I'm sure liberals every where are pleased, they will kill as many children as is needed to accomplish their goal of making America a communist state in which everyone is disarmed. Folks will google and copy and paste in an attempt to prove I'm wrong. But I'm not ,and they know it.

The problem with Vermont and Florida is both bills were signed by conservative Governors. These two also share the same last name, Scott.

That's the scary part, as several members have said in the past , it's getting harder to tell who the good guys are .

Or that we are not doing a good job controlling the narrative. We should be talking up the heroic Deputy who did intervene and stop the school shooter. He did what the Parkland resource officer should have done. We should be emphasizing that these actions by law enforcement are more important than the type of weapon used by the crazy mass shooter.

Did some research and Pinellas has a similar ordinance. It has been challenged, unsuccessfully so far.

Good find! Haven't had time to look recently, and I hadn't seen this case yet. It appears Jensen threw the kitchen sink at the 2nd DCA, and they didnt appreciate that. They basically implied he didn't have standing, and that if he had focused more on the interplay between the ordinance running afoul of 790.33 and the "right" of public access, he might have gotten a more substantial ruling, or even one in his favor. Another run at this might turn out ok for us.

Since Tallahassee is the state capitol so by default if is full of statists, regulators, liberals and others generally hostile to individual liberty and the 2nd Amendment in particular.
