That's a great link LowRider. I'm going to have to upgrade my Mk III. Tearing it apart now is a royal pain. The Mk IV is great, takes about 2 seconds.

I have one of these kits in my MK II and it's the easiest way I've ever seen to work on one of these. I recently traded my Ruger Standard and kept the MK II simply because of the ease of maintenance this kit provides.
I think it is installer friendly as in if you can't install the kit maybe you should not be field stripping the weapon.
Sorry, I thought you field stripped the weapon and replaced a couple parts to convert, them reassembled via the easy method. Well maybe if you talk jj into lifting that restraining order on you, he could do it ?
