I meant the Remington Rand. I will pass on the Remington. Appears to be arsenal rebuilt in my opinion
The M1911 has a RIA stamp as shown meaning it has passed through Rock Island Arsenal for inspection and/or reworking. It may or may not have needed new parts and/or refinishing, they are stamped RIA anyway.

The final inspection mark by FJA, Frank J Atwood, is parkerized. FJA always applied his mark after the pistol is parlerized. Just my humble opinion.
