Has any definate court ruling been made on bump stocks? I tried to research but I found mixed communication. Some articles state it has not passed and other stated it has but it's not enforceable until October? If it does pass is this a Florida issue only or Nationwide?
Anyone have any information on this?

The term "bump stock" is now loosely defined as "a gun conversion kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device used to alter the rate of fire of a firearm to mimic automatic weapon fire or which is used to increase the rate of fire of a semiautomatic firearm to a faster rate than is possible for a person to fire such semiautomatic firearm unassisted by a kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device."

The Bill created the new state statute 790.34 or 790.222 but it's not bringing up anything recent in google. So far as i can tell, the new law isn't "on the books" or even completely written yet.
