    Wish my new roof wasn't needed but the wife hates leaks. Hope I have enough left over once the roof is done for one of these pieces of history if they haven't already been sold by then.

    Feel for you bro. Just dropped enough for ten of those on re-roofing mine. Not to bum you out too much but I bought my house brand new 25 years ago and once you hit the twenty year or so mark everything starts going, roof, appliances, deck, central A/C, septic drain field, submersible pump, etc., kind of like a human except with a human it starts around 40 and accelerates from there and the repairs are much more expensive :smile:.
