    Looking to see if anyone has some hogue bantam or packmayr compac pro for a K or L frame before I order some.
    actuallt let me know if you have anything for a 686, maybe it's something I can't live without.

    Yes, it's a round butt. 2.5" barrel in case anyone has a holster they don't need,

    Yea, hard one to find a holster for. Galco summer comfort for a 3 inch works. If a leather holster fits a GP100 it will typically fit a 686. Ditto for Python holsters, most of those leather holsters will also fit a 686

    You are interested in rubber grips for your gun? How about wooden boot grips? Such as the ones from Altamont

    I'm seeing if anyone local has one new or used before I order some.
    Wood looks great, and I know it's blasphemy but I'm looking for something with good traction even when wet due to where I carry it.

    Yea, it is blasphemy, but all of my self defense revolvers have rubber grips for the very reason you mentioned I wish I could help you but the only grips I have to offer would be wood boot grips. BTW I am not a big fan of the Hogue Bantam grips. They can break when removed and the finger grooves are very pronounced. The Pachmayrs age great.
