Will the Gen 2 properly fit and function with a Gen 3 slide and recoil spring? I don't know and I can't seem to find the right answer on google. If it does, how much do you want for them? PM me. BTW, anyone that has a Gen 3 Glock 26 barrel, they are suppose to work too.
The 26 barrel won't work in your 19, but a 19 barrel will work in a 26. The Gen2 19 barrel should work in your Gen3 19.
If you would rather stick with a Gen3 19 barrel I have one I'll let go for $90 shipped priority mail to you.
