Items:
I have for sale or trade 4 vintage firearms.
1: Marlin model 55 12 gauge bolt action shotgun. This was made, by my best estimation, between 1954 and 1968. It has a 2 round removable magazine, fixed modified choke, and functions almost perfectly. The only issue I have noticed is that high brass shells seem to work the magazine loose. Low velocity and reduced recoil ammo has not given me any issues.
2: Remington 514 single shot, bolt action, .22 short, long or long rifle. The date of manufacture is 1950, as far as I can tell from the barrel stamp. It functions well. The sights have been messed with by a previous owner, and need adjustment or replacement.
3: Remington 341 Sportmaster bolt action, tube magazine. It shoots .22 short, long, or long rifle. This was made in 1936, according to the barrel stamp. It is missing the cocking/safety knob, but fires flawlessly. It is very accurate.
4: EIG .22 short DA revolver. (.22 short only)
This gun is infamous for being one of many labeled as "Saturday Night Special". It also has a YouTube video titled "Worst handgun ever made". I have a weakness for the underdog, so when I saw this one, I had to have it. My experience with this gun is not bad at all. It has a very stiff trigger pull and action. It misfires every so often. It is accurate within reasonable distances for .22 shorts and a short barrel. I have shot rats and cans with it, and it's a hoot.
All firearms are not cosmetically perfect. I advise caution, as with any used firearm. All guns are offered as is, and sales are final.
I am selling these because I am moving inside city limits, and losing my private shooting range.
LocationI live in the Crestview area, specifically Laurel Hill. I work in Destin. I can meet anywhere in between, usually I work until 3 in the afternoon.
Contact InfoI can be contacted by text at 850 612 9701, or by PM here at GCGF.
PriceI am asking $350 for all four firearms, or $100 each separately.
I would consider for trade a Mossberg 500 or similar 12 gauge, that accepts choke tubes and interchangeable barrels. Trades must be even-steven, or added cash to me. I would also consider a Judge, or a rifle in a pistol caliber. I can not add cash for a trade.
I can send photos by text.
Thanks for looking,
