HB39 is a bill in the Florida House of Representatives that is designed to stop anti-gun cops and anti-gun prosecutors for abusing law abiding concealed carry permit holders who briefly and accidentally expose their firearm. It passed the House Criminal Justice Committee yesterday, and is now up for the House Judiciary Committee.
Not sure why they're wasting their time though. Once the bill makes it around to the senate, it'll be shot down by the anti-gun Republicans Flores and Garcia in the Senate Judiciary committee.
