It's one of the few times you can listen to the POTUS on mainstream media UN-edited for sound bites. Unless you are a person who truly doesn't care about the government, what kind of American citizen would purposefully skip a once-a-YEAR address from the President of the United States?
Are attention spans really that short?
Love him, hate him, or truly ambivalent, the bottom line should still be:
an involved citizen should take advantage of the fleeting opportunity to listen to the POTUS State of the Union UN-edited. Then formulate your own opinions accordingly, based on what he actually said, not what you were led to beLIEve he said.
Otherwise, just send your favorite "news" anchor-team your absentee ballot next time, since you apparently would rather listen to them filter reality for you.
Oh yeah, and Fuck the spineless cowards in the NFL. Not even gonna DVR the SuperBowl for the commercials...

I think that it is great to hear a Dem/lib boycot the State Of The Union speech by our beloved PRESIDENT TRUMP.

I'll be watching, like was stated, it's the one time a year to listen to the president and so far he's done a lot of good things for this country. I'm interested in what his plans are for his 2nd year in office.
I would love to take a road trip up to ‘bama and watch this event with my good buddy Roaster Gallery. I can’t think of any better way to bond with a fellow great American GCGF stand up guy while drinking some fresh roasted coffee of his....but, I have to work, so maybe I can catch it streamed on a work computer...
