Friday at the range with the POF Revolution 14.5" .308 with a Steiner Military M5xi 5-25x56mm in a Larue Mount from @third_coast_thermal
    The mount is a @deadairsilencers
KeyMo mount system. Generally a Sandman L will be on this rifle. Rough sight in continues as does the barrel break in and function testing.

    The Mosin-Nagant 91-30 made in 1942 w/ AAC Cyclone.

The barrel was shortened to 22" and threaded 9/16x24 nf tpi. A Timeny trigger was installed, the stock wss shortened and stipped of all lacquer then true oiled without staining. The action was pillar bedded and the barrel free floated and glass bedded. An ATI scope mount kit was added. The bolt was customised. The barelled action and magazine were duracoated. The AAC Cyclone is attached with a thread adapter that was checked for concentricity.

Friday at the Range. Tried the Surefire SOCOM556RC. The brake was hand tight. This can and mount had 2.5moa POI shift which surprised me.

FGMM 77gr SMK in the Remington 700 Milspec 5r 20" barrel with a The rail is a 20moa from @laruetactical with Badger Ordnance rings and a Schmidt and Bender pm5-25.

His friend had never fired a rifle before and was hitting steel at 100 yards with my son's 10/22.

Friday at the Range. My 8 year old's friend (first time shooting ever) ringing the 100 yard steel with a Ruger 10/22 with an @deadairsilencers Mask HD. The optic is a Primary Arms 4-14 mil-mil FFP on a 20moa rail.

My son shooting his grandmother's double barrel .410 shotgun.

Sighting In the new configuration for the POF P-308, and the Trijicon IRCO-35 Snipe-IR clip on Thermal Weapon Sight. Added the @primaryarmsonline Platinum 1-8x in a @laruetactical SPR mount. I will use the thermal in its clip on mode.
@third_coast_thermal provided the Trijicon IRCO-35 Snipe-IR clip on which is for sale as a demo unit. Call Clifford if you are interested.

The @RauchPrecision Tripod Hammock is a great accessory for the field shooting tripod. Great place to drop a LRF, extra magazine, scope wipes or other gear. Even some extra weight to steady the tripod.

How do you like the PA 1-8 platinum? I've wondered if it was worth the money as that's getting close to $1k optic money

I like it. It's worth the money. I have the leipikd Mk8 1-8 to compoare it to.

The glass is good. Clear. The reticle is daylight visible.

    The scope is worth it.

What do you plan on using it for?
