I saw on a cracked stock thread where someone talked about Bedding a Stock to the receiver after fixing the crack, so it wouldn't crack anymore. I have a Savage Fox Model B with a small crack that I am fixing to repair. Depending on what the process is on Bedding I may do that. Can anyone tell me what Bedding is, and how difficult is it to do?

I think that was me . you need to come and learn, before you try this , before you look at a u-tube , It is not hard, If you do it right, , but if you don't you will have problem. . Just my 5 cents jj 850-572-6611

I won't try until I have time to learn.

Take a look at the Brownell's or Midway web site. Also the Acraglas sight. There just might be some tutorial vids posted. ---- SAWMAN
