I just found out about the ban on various iron curtain fire arms when I was just about to list my VEPR-12 NIB w/folding stock. Now I'm currently conflicted. On one hand I can make bank on my Vepr and I could really use the money. On the other I now own a banned commie bastard liberal hating iron curtain death machine that I may sleep with tonight.

I would keep it man. The vepr 12 can still be found a lot online though, yes they will eventually skyrocket in value more than they already have, but you gotta find someone willing to pay a premium around here for a commie banned gun. Hit or miss from what I have seen. The longer you hold onto it the higher in value it will get, especially in the condition yours is in. Keep it, just my opinion.
