    I commented because of the 4473 "Dealer" requirement. I do understand the clearly defined boundries between a private collection and those on the Reciept and Disposition inventory but I don't understand the "time of PRIVATE ownership" driving a 4473. As the Seller you can specify*what ever*terms you like.

    Is there a three business day wait on delivery of handguns for those without a CWP? Are you collecting Taxes and $5 NICS fee? Potential buyers should know this in advance.

    As a FFL I cannot privately sell a firearm I transferred to myself until a year after said transfer. You can find this information in 27 CFR 478.125a.

    These are private party sells that just have to be transferred. All state and federal laws apply accordingly. There is no tax because they are owned by myself and not my business. I will handle the transfer free of charge.
